Bursaries

An important undertaking of the Foundation in the past was its scholarship program which provided small stipends (or bursaries to use the Scottish term) to Americans studying in Scotland. Regrettably, due to the financial constraints this worthy program had to be curtailed.

Scottish seats of learning are among the finest and oldest in the Western world, and a significant increase in this activity is planned.
